Big Morongo Canyon Preserve

I visited Big Morongo Canyon Preserve in May. Even though it was already 2:30 pm, I saw many birds and animals.  I walked Marsh trail and Desert Willow trail. There are more trails but I didn’t have time to walk them. If I had time, I could also take a docent-led tour.

At the Nature Center on the Marsh trail, there are several bird feeders and a bird bath. At the parking lot there are a couple more birdfeeders.

I’d like to come back there in different time of year and maybe see different kinds of birds. Here are some of the birds I saw this time.
