There are Western Bluebirds in a park near my house. I walk there almost everyday and watched a nest they built in a bird house.

I’ll talk about Greater Roadrunner today. They live in desert area/dry environment. I saw a Greater Roadrunner in Indio, California. I was lucky.

Nuttale’s Woodpecker They are very similar with Downy Woodpecker. Nuttall’s Woodpeckers have dots on the chest.

Black Phoebe is a common bird found year-round in California. They are raising juvenile birds now. I recently came across this family.
