Bodega Bay
Bodega Bay is well known for the famous 1963 horror-thriller movie "The Birds" by Alfred Hitchcock. Some of the original buildings seen in the movie still exist.
Happy Owloween!
Happy Halloween! How did you enjoy Halloween this year? I decorated a pumpkin and some fake mice on my porch. Also I put some small candy bags out for neighbor kids. Before the event, I attended an online class via zoom “Let’s Draw Owls: Anatomy and Angles” by John Muir Laws with Audubon California.
American Canyon Wetlands Trail
It was a very windy day at American Canyon in August. It is just south of Napa California. I attended an Audubon bird group's birdwatching tour.
Morro Bay
It was very windy and cold in late May. I stayed at a hotel with a view of the Bay. Gulls were flying in front of my hotel room window.
